November 10 – Film Screening: Within Formal Cities: Part of the Building Optimism exhibit at the Heinz Architectural Center, Within Formal Cities is a new documentary film by Pittsburgh natives that takes viewers deep into the urban fabric of five South American cities. Filmmaker Brian Gaudio, Assoc. AIA, will introduce the film and conduct a Q&A following. The screening is free.

November 15 – Target 2030: HVAC and Illumination Strategies + Tour of Energy Innovation Center: Tour this amazing retrofit of a historic building—the Energy Innovation Center—as the architect and engineer will address the innovative strategies that were utilized in this project. Earn 4 LU/HS hours.
