The Vision on Fifteenth
The “Vision on Fifteenth” stands at the crossroads of 15th and Smallman Streets. This Class A speculative office building harmonizes the Strip District’s industrial past with its dynamic present. The architecture reflects this evolution: commencing with a historic, low-rise brick façade, progressing to a mid-tier design that spans history and modernity, and is topped with a contemporary office structure that embodies modern materials, design, and openness. The building mirrors the Strip District’s journey—honoring its heritage, embracing change, and promising an ever-evolving, vibrant future.
