Duquesne University Palumbo-Donahue School of Business
More than just a typical Higher Ed upcycle, this project epitomizes the long-term vision of Duquesne University’s Dean McFarlin. As part of a comprehensive strategic plan to improve the School’s Rockwell Hall in terms of building codes as well as current educational thinking, the Skywalk, 6th Floor, and 7th Floor serve as the ‘showpiece’ for his Palumbo-Donahue School of Business. Spaces were created that are flexible, blur the lines between classroom and corridor, promote project-based collaborative learning, and boost the overall experience for staff and students.
