The days are getting shorter, but AIA Pittsburgh is finding ways to fit more into them! September is full of events all around town, particularly the unveiling of the Design Pittsburgh 2015 exhibit! Design submissions will be available to view via the online digital exhibit in the next few weeks, with the physical exhibit making its debut at the Cultural District’s Gallery Crawl on September 25th! An autumn evening spent Downtown, taking in art and design… you won’t want to miss it!

September 17-18 – AIA PA Leadership & Development Conference: Architects from across the state while converge at Carnegie Mellon University for this two-day conference. Network, learn, and earn continuing education credits.
September 21 – Introduction to the ARE: The Young Architects Forum produces an ongoing series of monthly review sessions for the Architects Registration Exam (ARE). YAF holds one-two sessions per month, each focusing on one of the seven divisions of the exam. Join them for this FREE intro course before signing up for the whole series.
September 25 – 2015 Design Pittsburgh Exhibition Opening: View the works of Pittsburgh architects, designers, and photographers on view at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust Educational Center during the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Gallery Crawl. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite Design Pittsburgh submission for the 2015 People’s Choice Award!
