Dwayne Mihalow, AIA has joined Hayes Design Group Architects (HDG) as Project Architect. In this position, Dwayne directs project development from schematic design through construction documents, develops schedules and workflow, and coordinates bidding and construction activities. “Dwayne’s leadership qualities along with his level of experience and its variety will be tremendous assets to the firm. Following a multi-year planning effort, WTW Architects assisted the University of North Dakota in defining a dynamic vision for its new Memorial Union. Armed with a state-of-the-art digital 3D animation and led by proactive student leaders, the University recently conducted a successful student referendum that will provide funding for the new facility.

AE Works was awarded a contract to support the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) with its requirements for a new Laboratory and Industrial Waste (IW) facility. As ALCOSAN plans for its upcoming Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Expansion to support its Clean Water Plan, this project addresses the need for a new Laboratory and IW Facility.
