Jordan Luther, Assoc. AIA

Designer Jordan Luther is the Immediate Past President of the American Institute of Architecture Students, Student Director on the AIA Board of Directors. and Vice Chair of the AIA Pittsburgh Young Architects Forum. Jordan is fascinated by the ways design, psychology, and neuroscience intertwine to create positive impact for communities. The mental, emotional, and physical effects of design on the people who use it are always top of mind for her. This fascination, coupled with skilled stakeholder engagement make Jordan an empathetic and resourceful collaborator. Outside of work, Jordan can be found line dancing or scouring dollar bins for vintage record deals

Emily Mathes, Assoc. AIA
Rothschild Doyno Collaborative
Emily Mathes is a Designer at Rothschild Doyno Collaborative in Pittsburgh, PA. She serves as the Associate Representative on the AIA Pittsburgh Board of Directors and Co-Fellowship Chair with her husband on the Young Architects Forum Board. Emily brings her passion for community-focused urban design to the jury stemming from her graduate studies at the Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative.
Sanzinia Nevarez, Assoc. AIA

Sanzinia Nevarez is an accomplished architect with over twelve years of professional experience in design, planning, and project execution. She has led a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, Institutional and public sectors. Sanzinia became an active member of the AIA Pittsburgh Young Architects Forum within a week of moving to Pittsburgh in 2022 and currently serves as the chapter’s 2025 YAF Chair. She was part of the team that received the Young Architects Studio Competition award in 2023.
Michael Sweterlitsch, AIA
Mike Sweterlitsch serves on the Board of the ACE Mentor Program of Western PA and was the 2024 AIA Pittsburgh Young Architects Forum Chair. He received a B.S.+ M.Arch. from Kent State University and has been an active YAF member since 2017. Outside of architecture, he can be found woodworking or playing casual pickup hockey.
