As you are probably aware, the City of Pittsburgh is in the midst of a critically important project to optimize our development review process. For those who have already filled out the survey (available here), thank you. To supplement the information our consultant, Zucker Systems, is receiving via the survey, they are also going to hold two focus group discussions next Wednesday, July 19. (Note: These groups will be held facilitated by the consultant team with no City staff present.) Please accept this email as an invitation for you to attend one of the two sessions:
Session 1 – 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., or
Session 2 – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Our friends at ULI Pittsburgh have partnered with us on these sessions and they have been kind of enough to host them at the Duquesne Club, 325 Sixth Ave, Suite 1101. We’d like to thank Holly Muchnok and the entire ULI Pittsburgh Executive Management Committee for their willingness to help the City with this effort.
Please RSVP to me by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Tuesday, July 18. Space is somewhat limited, as Zucker has requested we keep each group of a size that will allow for detailed discussions.
As always, let me know if you should have any questions. Thank you for your continued partnership and investments in growing our city.
