Design Competition, Exhibit, Gala, and Awards Ceremony: Fall brings the excitement of Design Pittsburgh, AIA Pittsburgh’s annual celebration of excellence in architecture and design, and honoring those who create it. Design Pittsburgh highlights outstanding architecture and design in the Pittsburgh region. Held annually in October, Design Pittsburgh features an architectural design exhibition, a juried Design Awards competition, public voting opportunity for the coveted People’s Choice Award, a gala for more than 400 members, affiliates, design enthusiasts, and guests, a VIP reception honoring the Gold Medal recipient, and a ceremony recognizing the winners of the prestigious AIA Pittsburgh’s Design Awards.

Members Features and Promotions: The work of members and member firms is given preference in all of our publications, with views on issues solicited from AIA architects and AIA Pittsburgh Industry Partners.

AIA Credential: As an AIA member, you signify to everyone you meet that you adhere to a professional code of ethics and share a common goal to build better places for people to live, work, and play.
